What actually happens when two people book at the same time.
You arrive together, you are shown into one room with two tables already made up, and you undress to your comfort level under the sheet while the therapists step out. When they come back, both massages begin. Sixty minutes later they both end. There is no staggering, no waiting in a lobby while the other person finishes.
The two of you are not obliged to have the same massage. One person can ask for firm pressure through the shoulders while the other wants something light and slow. Your therapists check with each of you separately at the start, and again during the session, because pressure is the one thing people are most reluctant to speak up about and the one thing most worth speaking up about.
You do not have to be a couple
The word is a category on a menu, not a requirement. Mothers and daughters book it. Sisters book it. Two friends who have not seen each other since their kids started at Woodard Elementary book it. If two people want to be in the room together for an hour, the service works exactly the same way.
Talking during the session is allowed and completely normal, though most pairs go quiet after about ten minutes. That is not a rule we enforce; it just happens.

What it costs here, and what it costs a mile and a half up the road.
Most spas price a couples massage above the sum of two singles, on the reasoning that a second therapist and a second table are a scheduling cost. We do not. The 60 minute couples session is $140, which is $70 twice. The 90 minute session is $200, which is $100 twice.
Here is the comparison, taken from the businesses' own published pricing pages rather than from a directory:
| Where | 60 minutes | 90 minutes | Membership needed? |
|---|---|---|---|
| Lulu Massage & Spa · 11808 Barker Cypress Rd | $140 | $200 | No |
| Heights Wellness Retreat · 9935 Barker Cypress Rd | $219.99 | $299.99 | First-time-guest rate; membership runs $79.99–$99.99 a month on a 3, 6 or 12 month contract |
| Massage Envy Cypress · 25626 Northwest Fwy | Couples rate not published; a single 60 minute massage is $130 for non-members, $80 introductory, $70 for members | Not published | Yes, for the $70 rate |
That is a difference of about $80 on the hour and about $100 on the ninety, or roughly 36 percent less for the same two hours of hands-on work. We are not the cheapest massage in Cypress and we do not claim to be — Cloud 9 Foot Spa publishes a $65 Swedish hour, below our $70. What we are is the same price for everybody, including the person walking in for the first time.
Prices above were read off each business's own site in September 2026. Chain pricing moves and is often quoted as a first-visit rate, so check theirs before you decide.

When people in Cy-Fair actually book it and when to call early.
Three patterns show up in the calendar. Anniversaries and birthdays, which are booked a week or two out. Valentine's Day, which is the single busiest day of the year for this service and the one worth calling about in late January. And the ordinary Sunday evening, which is the one nobody thinks of and the easiest to get.
The last one deserves a mention. We are open until 8 PM seven days a week. Heights Wellness Retreat up the road closes at 6 PM on Sunday, Massage Envy Cypress closes at 6 PM Saturday and Sunday, and Spavia Fairfield closes at 6 PM on Sunday too. If the only hour the two of you can find together is 7 PM on a Sunday after the kids are down, that hour exists here.
How far ahead should we book?
For a weekday afternoon, the same day is usually fine — call and we will tell you what is open. For a Friday or Saturday evening, two or three days. For the week of February 14, book by the end of January and pick a time before 5 PM if you can; the evening slots go first.
Two rooms cannot be conjured out of nowhere, and a couples session needs two therapists free at the same moment, so it is the one service where calling ahead genuinely changes what is available.

Getting here from Towne Lake, Bridgeland or anywhere on the 290 side.
We are at 11808 Barker Cypress Rd, Ste D, at the Queenston Blvd light, 0.4 miles south of the US-290 feeder road. The Walgreens at 11803 is directly across the street. Parking is free and it is right at the door.
Off-peak, with no traffic: about 5 minutes from Towne Lake, 5 minutes from Coles Crossing, 6 minutes from Bridgeland, 8 minutes from Fairfield, 11 minutes from Copperfield and 15 minutes from Jersey Village. Add a quarter to a half again to any of those between 4:30 and 6 PM on a weekday, which is exactly when US-290 gets ugly.
- Book both people at once — one booking, two services. Online through Fresha, or by phone at (713) 875-9198.
- Tell us if either of you has an injury, a recent surgery, is pregnant, or simply hates having their feet touched. It changes what we do, not whether we can see you.
- Arrive about 5 minutes early so the full 60 or 90 minutes is table time rather than paperwork time.
If one of you wants a massage and the other would rather have their feet done, that also works: book a 60 minute full body massage at $70 and a 60 minute foot reflexology at $60 and take them side by side. It is not on the menu as a package, but it is a normal thing to ask for.
— Pricing
| Couples Massage | Price |
|---|---|
| 60 minutes · 2 people($70 each) | $140 |
| 90 minutes · 2 people($100 each) | $200 |
Two people, two therapists, one room. The price covers both massages — it is exactly two single sessions of the same length, with no room charge on top.
