Massage Prices in Cypress every number, published.

Massage prices in Cypress are not hard to find because anybody is hiding them. They are hard to find because almost nobody writes them down. Here is our entire list, and what five other spas in and around Cypress charge, all read off their own sites in September 2026.

Quick answer

The published range for massage prices in Cypress, TX is about $65 to $130 for 60 minutes of hands-on work, and Lulu Massage & Spa sits at $70. Our full ladder is 30 minutes $50, 45 minutes $60, 60 minutes $70, 90 minutes $100 and 120 minutes $140. A couples session is $140 for 60 minutes and $200 for 90 minutes, covering both people. Foot reflexology is $60 for 60 minutes. None of those numbers require a membership, a contract or a first-visit condition, and the rate at 7 PM is the rate at 10 AM. We are at 11808 Barker Cypress Rd, Ste D, open every day 10 AM to 8 PM.

What an hour costs here the whole ladder, in dollars.

Five lengths, one rate each. Thirty minutes is $50, forty-five is $60, the hour is $70, ninety minutes is $100 and two hours is $140. That number does not move because you asked for firm pressure through the shoulders, and it does not move because it is 6:45 on a Saturday night with the Berry Center emptying out down the road.

The list below is everything the suite sells. There is no second page, no tier above it and no rate that buys you a better set of hands. Booking online through Fresha takes up to 10% off at checkout, but the site quotes list prices only, because a number that changes with your payment method is not really a published price.

What is deliberately missing from that table

There is no member column, because there is no membership. No introductory column, because the first visit and the fortieth cost the same. No package price and no contract to sign. A teacher on the Cy-Fair ISD payroll who comes in twice a year pays $70 for the hour, and so does the person who comes in twice a month.

Five other businesses in and around Cypress publish a 60 minute price. A sixth publishes nothing at all. The spread is wider than most people expect: $65 at the bottom, $130 at the top, and a thick cluster between $79.99 and $130 where the national chains sit. That is the real shape of massage prices in this part of 77433.

So $70 sits near the bottom of that column. It is not the bottom. Cloud 9 Foot Spa publishes a $65 Swedish hour and a $55 reflexology hour, both under ours, and we are not going to pretend otherwise on our own website. What we will say is that $70 is the number you pay on your first visit, your second and your ninth, with nothing to join.

The one comparison worth making

Our regular walk-in hour costs $70. That is exactly what a Massage Envy member pays for a session at 25626 Northwest Freeway, and five cents more than the $69.95 a Hand & Stone member pays on Spring Cypress Road. The difference is that a member got there through a monthly charge and a contract term, and you got there by opening the door.

Chain pricing moves, and a rate advertised as introductory today can be a $130 standing rate on your next visit. Check theirs before you decide — every figure above came off their own pricing pages in September 2026, and we would rather you verify it than take our word.

What moves the price at other spas and what does not move it here.

A quoted price and a paid price are frequently different numbers, and the gap almost never has anything to do with the massage itself. Four mechanisms account for most of it at the spas around this stretch of Barker Cypress. Knowing them is worth more than any coupon, and none of the four is in play at Suite D.

  1. Deep tissue billed as an upgrade. Firm, slow, focused work is priced as an enhancement at most chain locations, on top of the base rate. Here there is one rate per length. The $70 buys 60 minutes, and how hard those minutes are is a conversation with your therapist rather than a line on the receipt.
  2. First-visit rates that expire. Heights Wellness Retreat publishes $79.99, Massage Envy $80, Hand & Stone $79.95 for 50 minutes — all first-time-guest pricing. The standing non-member rate at Massage Envy is $130 and at Hand & Stone $129.95, so visit two can cost $50 more than visit one at the same address.
  3. Membership tiers. Heights Wellness Retreat runs $79.99 to $99.99 a month on a 3, 6 or 12 month contract for one 60 minute massage a month. We have no membership, no signup fee and nothing to cancel, which is the entire reason our number is boring.
  4. Room premiums on couples. Heights Wellness Retreat publishes $219.99 for a 60 minute couples session, while two of their own first-visit singles would come to $159.98. Ours is $140, which is $70 twice, and the second table costs nothing extra.

None of this makes the chains dishonest. A membership genuinely is cheaper than $130 if you go monthly, and their rooms are bigger than ours. It does mean that comparing massage prices by the headline figure is close to useless — the number that matters is what your third visit costs.

One more thing that does not move massage prices here: the clock. We are open 10 AM to 8 PM every day of the week, and the 8 PM hour is $70 the same as the 11 AM hour. In a ZIP code where the mean one-way commute runs 36.1 minutes and better than a third of commuters travel 45 minutes or more each way, the evening slot is the only one plenty of people can use.

Tipping, add-ons and the rest of what you will actually hand over.

Thumb pressure moving along the arch of a bare foot resting on a rolled towel over a wooden stool

Tipping is customary in Texas massage and it is not folded into a single number on this page. The usual range is 15 to 20 percent, which works out to $10.50 to $14 on a $70 hour and $15 to $20 on the $100 ninety. Cash and card both work, and nobody at the desk will comment if you skip it.

Add-ons are the other thing that changes a total. Cupping is $20 for about 10 minutes at the end of a session. The evidence behind it is limited and the research that exists is mostly small and poorly controlled, so we describe it as something many people find relaxing rather than as anything more. It leaves circular marks that are normal and typically fade over a few days — worth knowing before a wedding or a photo at the Boardwalk.

Pain relief oil is $10 for a 5 minute application. Exfoliating is $20 for hands and arms, $20 for feet and $50 for the full body over 30 minutes; it is scrub, wipe-down and moisturiser, used to condition the skin and warm the tissue before hands-on work. There is no shower, steam room or wrap in the suite, so plan on going home to rinse off.

A worked example, start to finish

Say you book 90 minutes at $100 and add cupping for $20. That is $120 on the card. An 18 percent tip on $120 is $21.60, so you leave having spent $141.60 for an hour and forty minutes of work. Parking is free and right at the door, between the Walgreens at 11803 and the Jack in the Box at 11833, so there is nothing else to pay.

Which length is worth paying for and when the cheap one is a waste.

The honest answer is that $50 for 30 minutes is a good buy for one tight shoulder after a week at a desk, and a poor buy for something you have carried since before they finished the 290 reconstruction in 2021. Length is the variable that matters most — more than technique, and considerably more than price.

There is a little research behind that. A 2014 trial of 228 people with chronic neck pain found that 30 minute sessions performed no better than a wait list, while 60 minute massages given two or three times a week roughly tripled to quintupled the odds of a clinically meaningful improvement. It is one study, the sample is small by medical standards, and it does not mean a massage fixes anything. It does suggest that if you are going to spend money, spending it on minutes beats spending it on a fancier name for the same hour.

The wider picture is weaker still, and we would rather say so. A 2015 Cochrane review pooled 25 studies and 3,096 patients on massage for low-back pain and concluded the reviewers had very little confidence in the result; NCCIH calls that evidence weak. What is reasonably well supported is that massage is low-risk and that most people find it calming, which is a smaller claim than the industry usually makes.

The $60 and $70 hours that are not full-body massage

Foot reflexology is $60 for 60 minutes, done in a chair with your clothes on. The research on reflexology specifically is low quality, and there are no well-designed studies showing it beats an ordinary foot massage — it is a pleasant hour, not a treatment. The combination, $70 for 30 minutes on the table plus 30 minutes in the chair, is the one most first-timers pick when they cannot decide.

Seasonality is real here too. March, when live oak pollen turns every windshield on Barker Cypress yellow, and the stretch after a hard summer — Beryl came ashore on 8 July 2024 as a Category 1 with 90 mph winds and knocked out power to more than 2.7 million Texas customers — are both weeks when people book. Massage prices do not move for either. The whole menu sits on the services page, the full body massage runs from $50 to $140 depending only on the clock, and the hour is $70 in July the same as in January — including at 7 PM on a Sunday, which is a time three nearby spas are already closed.

— Questions

Asked & answered.

How much does a massage cost in Cypress, TX?

About $65 to $130 for 60 minutes, based on the published rates of six businesses in and around Cypress in September 2026. Cloud 9 Foot Spa publishes $65, Lulu Massage & Spa is $70, Heights Wellness Retreat $79.99 as a first-visit rate, Nara Therapeutic Thai $90, and the standing non-member rate at Massage Envy and Hand & Stone is about $130.

How much is a 60 minute massage at Lulu Massage & Spa?

$70, every day, for everybody. Thirty minutes is $50, forty-five is $60, ninety minutes is $100 and two hours is $140. A couples hour is $140 for both people and 90 minutes is $200. Foot reflexology is $60. Tip is not included in any of those numbers. See the full price list.

Do you have an introductory or first-time rate?

No, and that is deliberate. An introductory price is only a discount if the second visit costs more, and around here the second visit often costs $50 more. Our first visit and our fiftieth are the same $70 for the hour. There is nothing to sign, nothing to cancel and no expiry date on anything.

Do I need a membership to get your price?

There is no membership to join. Our regular walk-in hour is $70 — the same as what a Massage Envy member pays and five cents above the $69.95 a Hand & Stone member pays, but with no monthly charge and no contract term. Walk in, or book a slot, and that is the price.

How much should I tip a massage therapist in Cypress?

Fifteen to twenty percent is the usual range, and it is not built into our prices. On a $70 hour that is $10.50 to $14; on the $100 ninety it is $15 to $20. Cash or card, whichever is easier. If money is tight, come in anyway — nobody keeps score at the desk.

Why are massage prices at the big chains higher?

Larger buildings, more staff and a membership model that assumes you will come monthly. Their non-member rates near $130 exist mostly to make the membership look sensible, and for someone who books every month it genuinely can be. For two or three visits a year the arithmetic goes the other way. Compare what your third visit costs, not the headline number.

Is a cheaper massage a worse massage?

Not reliably, no. Price mostly tracks rent, room size and marketing spend rather than the quality of the hands. What does track results is length: the research suggests 60 minutes beats 30 for a persistent problem. If you have a budget of $70, an hour at $70 is a better use of it than half an hour plus an add-on.
