— Directions
How a local would tell you to get here.
Barker Cypress Road runs about 11.5 miles from Huffmeister in the north down to I-10 in Katy, and the house numbers climb as you go north. If you know that 8877 is the Berry Center and 9703 is the Kroger at Tuckerton, then 11808 tells you exactly where we are.
- From US-290: exit at Barker Cypress and go south. We are 0.4 miles down, on the left at the Queenston light. Look for the Martial Arts USA sign on the row of storefronts and take the door beside it; Walgreens is directly across the street.
- From Towne Lake or Tuckerton: north on Barker Cypress past Riata Ranch Blvd and Cypress North Houston Rd. About five minutes; we are on the right just before the freeway.
- From Bridgeland: east on Cypress North Houston Road, then left onto Barker Cypress. Six minutes, and you never touch 290.
- From Katy: Grand Parkway north to US-290 east, or Barker Cypress the whole way if you would rather not pay a toll — 11.5 miles of surface road with a lot of signals.
One warning worth repeating: getting back onto 290 from here is not a simple right turn. The feeder roads are one-way, so one direction needs you to pass the interchange and loop back. Set the navigation before you leave the lot rather than at the light, and you will save yourself a lap.
How long the drive actually takes
These are free-flow figures with no traffic on the road, measured from the suite. Between about 4:30 and 6 PM on a weekday, add a quarter to a half again to anything that touches US-290, because that is when the freeway stops cooperating and every side street inherits the problem.
- Towne Lake — about 5 minutes, straight down Barker Cypress
- Bridgeland — about 6 minutes east on Cypress North Houston Rd
- Coles Crossing — about 5 minutes, and its shopping center is 0.56 miles from our lot
- Katy — about 29 minutes via FM 529 and the Grand Parkway, which is a toll road
Once you are here, the services page lists everything with a price beside it, and booking online takes about a minute.
If you are coming from further out, the neighborhood pages carry their own measured drive times and the route a local would actually take — start with Cypress, Towne Lake or Bridgeland. Everything on this site is one address: there is no second location.
