Where the suite actually sits in terms a Cy-Fair local would use.

Cypress has no city hall and no mayor. It is unincorporated Harris County, a stack of MUDs and Cy-Fair ISD, which is why people here say Cy-Fair where somebody else would say a city name. Our suite is at the Barker Cypress and Queenston light, 0.4 miles south of the US-290 feeder, on the east side of the road.

The Walgreens at 11803 is directly across the street, about 460 feet away — its own store locator calls that corner Barker Cypress and Queenston, which is the plainest confirmation you will get. Jack in the Box at 11833 is another 440 feet up. A Shell and a Chevron hold the corner. This is a gas-station-and-strip-retail node, not a grocery-anchored center.

Suite D, in a strip lettered A through K

Cy-Fair TKD trains in Suite E. Lori Logan DDS is in Suite G, LT’s Sports Bar in Suite H, JLB Eatery in Suite I, Sakura Asian Bistro 2 in Suite K. One Spa in Suite A does head spa and facial work, which we do not — if that is what you came for, it is at the far end of the same row and we will point you there.

The landmarks people actually navigate by: Lone Star College–CyFair at 9191 Barker Cypress is 3.3 miles down the same road, about 7 minutes. The Berry Center at 8877 is 3.2 miles, roughly the same drive. Houston Methodist Cypress, the 100-bed hospital that opened in March 2025, is 1.0 mile north. H-E-B is 0.69 miles up at 24224 Northwest Freeway, and the Walmart Neighborhood Market is 0.48 miles south.

What an hour costs here, and what it costs everywhere else on this road.

A therapist working along a client's shoulder in a bright treatment room, with oil bottles and lit candles lined up on a ledge behind the table

A full body massage here is $70 for 60 minutes. Thirty minutes is $50, forty-five is $60, ninety is $100, and two hours is $140. That is the price on a Tuesday afternoon and the price at 7 PM on a Saturday, for a first-time walk-in and for the person who has been coming every third week since we opened.

The table below was read off each business’s own pricing page in September 2026, not off a directory. Chain rates move, and several of them are quoted as a first-visit figure that never applies again, so check theirs before you decide anything.

We are not the cheapest massage in Cypress and this page will never say otherwise — Cloud 9 Foot Spa publishes a $65 Swedish hour, five dollars under ours. The confirmed market range for the hour runs from about $65 to $130, with most of it packed between $79.99 and $130.

What is true, and checkable against both companies’ own sites: our regular walk-in hour costs $70, which is exactly what a Massage Envy member pays, and five cents more than a Hand & Stone member pays. Neither of those rates exists without a monthly charge attached. Ours carries no contract, no signup fee and no monthly anything.

Who books this massage studio in Cypress and at which hour of the day.

A therapist working across a client's shoulder blades on a massage table in a bright room, with a small tray of flowers on the side table

About 23 percent of working residents in ZIP 77433 — some 11,834 people — work from home, and they are the ones who fill a 2 PM Tuesday. The mean one-way commute here is 36.1 minutes, 34.7 percent of commuters travel 45 minutes or more each way, and 52.1 percent of households have a child under 18.

That second group books after 6 PM, which is why we stay open until 8 PM every day of the week. We will not tell you nobody closes later: Hand & Stone Cypress runs to 10 PM on weekdays and Heights Wellness Retreat to 9 PM Monday through Friday.

What our 8 PM close does cover is the weekend evening. Massage Envy Cypress and Spavia Fairfield both shut at 6 PM on Saturday and Sunday, and Heights Wellness Retreat closes at 7 PM Saturday and 6 PM Sunday. So a 7 PM Sunday table is the one thing on this stretch of Barker Cypress that is genuinely hard to find.

The Cy-Fair calendar moves the appointment book

Twelve high schools share two stadiums at the Berry Center, so football weekend really runs Thursday through Saturday and the Friday 7 PM slot goes early in the autumn. March is live oak pollen and people arrive already tired. July and August average 93 and 94 degrees with overnight lows of 75 to 77, so nothing cools off overnight.

ZIP 77433 held 50,539 people in 2010 and 106,663 by the 2020 Census, a 111 percent jump in ten years. Median household income is $143,934 and 81.5 percent of households own their home. Cy-Fair ISD, the third-largest district in Texas at roughly 115,000 students across 186 square miles, is the employer most of our regulars have in common. A good many of the people now looking for a massage in Cypress live in a subdivision that did not exist when the US-290 rebuild began in 2011.

What is on this massage studio menu and what is simply not here.

Every service here happens on a table or in a chair in the same suite. Full body massage runs 30, 45, 60, 90 or 120 minutes at $50, $60, $70, $100 and $140. Foot reflexology is $60 for the hour, done in a chair with your clothes on. The combination splits an hour, 30 minutes on the table and 30 in the chair, for $70.

  • Couples — two therapists, two tables, one room: $140 for 60 minutes, $200 for 90. That is two single sessions added together, with nothing charged for the second table.
  • Exfoliating — hands and arms or feet, 15 minutes for $20; full body, 30 minutes for $50. Scrubbed, wiped down and moisturized on the table. It is hydrotherapy work that conditions skin and warms tissue before massage, and it is not a facial.
  • Cupping — a 10 minute add-on for $20. The circular marks it leaves are normal and they fade. The research on cupping is limited and we make no medical claim for it.
  • Pain relief oil — 5 minutes, $10, worked into one area you name.

Now the absences, because a page that only lists what it has is not much use to anyone planning an evening. There is no sauna, steam room or shower in the suite. No robes and no tea service. No facials, no hot stone service, no prenatal massage, no aromatherapy menu, no lymphatic drainage, no acupuncture, no waxing and no nails. No membership and no loyalty program either — there is nothing to join.

What an hour can and cannot do

NCCIH describes the evidence for massage and low-back pain as weak, and the 2015 Cochrane review of 25 studies and 3,096 patients found short-term relief reported by patients while the reviewers had very little confidence in it. The American College of Physicians recommends massage for acute low-back pain on low-quality evidence, and leaves it off the list for chronic low-back pain altogether.

A 2014 trial of 228 people with chronic neck pain is the one worth knowing before you book: 30 minute sessions were no better than a wait list, while 60 minute sessions two or three times a week did considerably better. Many people find an hour of massage in Cypress genuinely settles them, and that is as far as anyone honest should put it.

The drive in from Towne Lake, Bridgeland and the rest of Cy-Fair.

The figures on this page are free-flow, no-traffic drive times. Add a quarter to a half again at weekday peak, and rather more on anything touching US-290 inbound during the evening rush. Towne Lake is 2 miles up Barker Cypress. Coles Crossing is 2.4. Bridgeland is about 3 miles out Cypress North Houston Road, and Jersey Village is 9.8 along US-290.

One warning worth more than any of those numbers: getting onto US-290 from this corner is not a simple right turn. The one-way feeder system means one direction requires passing the interchange and doubling back. Decide which feeder you want before you reach Barker Cypress, and remember we sit on the east side of the road just south of the freeway.

  1. Book online through Fresha, or call or text (713) 875-9198. Same day is often possible on a weekday afternoon; Friday and Saturday evenings are worth two or three days’ notice.
  2. Say what you want when you book — light and slow, or firm through one shoulder. The price does not change with pressure, and your therapist would far rather hear it before the hour starts than after.
  3. Tell us about an injury, a recent surgery, or a pregnancy. We do not offer prenatal massage, so that last one changes what we can do, and it is better said on the phone than at the door.
  4. Arrive about 5 minutes early. Parking is free and directly in front of the suite, so the whole 60 or 90 minutes stays table time.

If two of you are driving in from Towne Lake or the Boardwalk — where a fair number of residents reach dinner by boat across the 300-acre lake — the couples session is the one to book ahead. It needs two therapists free at the same moment, which makes it the only thing here that genuinely runs out.

— Questions

Asked & answered.

How much is a 60 minute massage in Cypress, TX?

Ours is $70, and that is the published rate for everybody — no membership, and no first-visit price that quietly expires. Thirty minutes is $50, ninety is $100, two hours is $140. For context, the same hour is $79.99 as a first-time-guest rate a mile and a half up Barker Cypress, $90 at Nara Thai, and $130 at Massage Envy Cypress unless you are a member there.

Are you open on Sunday, and how late?

Every day, 10 AM to 8 PM, Sunday included. That matters more than it sounds: Massage Envy Cypress, Spavia Fairfield and Heights Wellness Retreat all close at 6 PM on a Sunday. We are not the latest-closing studio in Cypress on a weekday, though — Hand and Stone runs to 10 PM Monday through Friday, and we would rather say so than have you find out.

Do I need an appointment at the massage studio, or can I walk in?

Walk-ins are welcome and often work, particularly on weekday afternoons when a good share of the 2 PM slots sit open. Evenings and Saturdays fill up. The safest move is to call or text (713) 875-9198 before you drive over and we will tell you what is free in the next hour. Same-day availability is set out here.

Where exactly on Barker Cypress is the massage studio?

11808 Barker Cypress Rd, Suite D, at the Queenston Blvd light, 0.4 miles south of the US-290 feeder and on the east side of the road. The Walgreens at 11803 is straight across the street and the Jack in the Box at 11833 is 440 feet up. Look for the strip center with Cy-Fair TKD and LT's Sports Bar in it.

Is 30 minutes long enough to be worth booking?

For one tight spot between meetings, yes, and it is $50. For something that has bothered you for months, be realistic — a 2014 trial of 228 people with chronic neck pain found 30 minute sessions were no better than a wait list, while 60 minute sessions repeated two or three times a week did considerably better. If you can spare the hour and the $70, take the hour.

What is the 4.9 rating I keep seeing, and where is it from?

4.9 on our Fresha booking profile, which is where our online bookings run. We attribute it that way on purpose rather than attaching the number to some other platform, because Fresha is the one we can actually point you at. We do not publish review snippets or star markup anywhere on this site.

Do you have memberships, packages or a loyalty program?

No membership, no contract, no signup fee, no loyalty program and no package pricing. The rate you see is the rate, whoever you are and whenever you come in. If you want the full picture of what a massage in Cypress costs here before you book anything, the whole menu is priced out on one page.
